How to check a constraint is exist or not ? 


REFERENTIAL constraints are saved in REFERENTIAL_CONSTRAINTS table.

SELECT
    *
    FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.REFERENTIAL_CONSTRAINTS

    WHERE CONSTRAINT_NAME   ='FK_EVENT_CONFIGURATION_SCREEN_MASTER'
